This workshop enables a person to plan a win-win negotiation strategy after taking into account various factors.

In any organization, negotiations take place at all levels. They're not limited to buyers and sellers, but involve anyone who needs the time, expertise and co-operation of others to get their job done. This pack shows participants how to reach mutually satisfactory agreements - quickly and with the minimum of fuss. With this program, participants will get to cover all the essential skills of negotiation that are becoming part of everyday working life. Kiran Paranjpe graduated with B.tech and M.Tech degrees from the IIT Bombay, after which he served a short stint as a research associate before joining IIM Kolkata in 1977 for the MBA program.
Kiran has worked in various manufacturing organizations in the field of electronics and electrical in areas such as Production Planning, Organization and Systems, Technical Marketing and Sales, in different capacities. As Head of Systems Sales and Support, he bagged several prestigious orders. In a career spanning 28 years, Kiran was instrumental in building a small start up into a successful all India distribution company with the distributorship of Motorola India and bagged many awards for the company. He was responsible for introducing and running new businesses such as Video conferencing and connectivity services in partnership with leading companies such as Polycom, Dictaphone, RailTel and Icom. The company had many firsts in implementing innovative telecom solutions.
Kiran has been part of various programs of training, international exhibitions and business meets at different places including Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and also at Motorola Schaumburg and Las Vegas.
In 2008, after a stellar corporate career, Kiran joined academics where he has worked in the areas of skill building and curriculum development besides being a regular faculty member. He has written articles in Management journals and attended various faculty development programs.
