MANAGER INTEGRATION PROGRAMME (MIDDLE & JR. LEVEL)
It is difficult enough to be an effective leader. It becomes even more challenging when one is in a support function and may or may not have formal authority. One still needs to influence his colleagues in an effective manner and get results – individual as well as from the group. This requires knowledge of various leadership traits, styles and skills. One also requires being proficient in influencing skills to use these effectively with colleagues. A positive self-image, good communication and influencing strategies along with a win-win orientation can make all the critical difference in such an environment.

The Manager Integration Program will help participants learn all the above skills and will also provide an opportunity during the workshop to practice most of these.

MANAGER INTEGRATION PROGRAM (SR. MGMT)
The workshop focuses on team cohesion and team building activities. Team communication and dynamics are explored and reiterated. Participants learn the fine art of coaching and development. Participants are encouraged to be customer-centric, whether it is in coming up with innovative customer driven strategies or in understanding how their output impacts the customer proposition. The key takeaways of the program include communication skills, enhancing team performance, barriers to effective team functioning & more.

MENTORING
This programme helps to promote understanding of mentoring - and how to evaluate it. Participants will discover ways of linking mentoring to other development activities such as performance reviews and personal development planning.

This programme is divided into three main sections. The first provides an introduction to mentoring and how to brief protégés; the second explores core skills such as one-to-one coaching, motivating the protégé and giving and receiving feedback; the third concentrates on specialized mentoring skills such as career counseling.
