Corporate Wellness Programs are an investment in the company's most important resource, 'employees'. Studies have shown that employees are more likely to be on the job and performing well when they are in feeling well both physically and mentally. Employees are also more likely to be attracted to, remain with, and appreciate an employer that values them. Corporate wellness programs improve company productivity by:

Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation. Its importance varies by product, industry and customer; Customer service is normally an integral part of a company’s customer value proposition. In the world where Customer is the king, this program offers how to maximize the services offered to the customer and maximize profits by repeated orders. Developing a 'Problem Solving' mindset is an integral part of this program.

FRONTLINE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
It has been noted that when people move into a supervisory role, they are under pressure from two perspectives:
a. Change
>Technical aspects that change in a role
> Softer issues related to relationship with former peers and other colleagues
b. Living up to expectations that the team and the organization have in the changed context

Progressive organizations focus on developing the skills set of these resources in order to prepare them for future leadership roles and to help them excel in their current supervisory functions. The Frontline Leadership development programme will help promote understanding of supervisory techniques with certain elements of coaching and mentoring included for this audience.
