Covering various aspects of personnel selection, it provides a comprehensive, step-by-step approach to improving this critical area of business performance. This program also includes critical elements of Transactional analysis from our advanced communication skills module and taken together the workshop will ensure that selectors/recruiters are able to choose the right people for the right job while at the same time ensuring that it is not just the current fitment that is taken into account but future development and growth of the interviewee is also given due consideration.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Key account management and the development of key accounts are critical to an organization’s success or failure. Further, multiple relationship management, networking and strategic planning are all crucial skills to maximize and maintain the potential of key accounts.
